Property is well maintained. My rating is based on the fact that during my two night stay, my bed was never made, my trash was never emptied, and I had to go to the front desk to request towels when a sign in the room clearly states that if your towels need replaced, leave them on the floor and they will be replaced. When I asked about this, I was told that housekeeping was provided every other day. I totally understand not changing the sheets but garbage and used towels not touched. Unacceptable practice in my opinion.

Great hotel for concert goers
I was in town for a concert at The Pavilion at Start Lake. This hotel is 15-20 minutes from the venue and more convenient than staying in Pittsburgh. The staff was very friendly, checking in and out was super easy, and my room was very clean and well maintained.
