"The property was convenient to Northstar and Portola. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with equipment and supplies. The view of the mountains and the trees in the snow was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The family room with the woodstove was a great place to relax after a long day of skiing. We definitely recommend this condo and hope to return again one day."

"Great place to stay for a family, the house included many amenities for the price. The ad was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything you needed for a weekend getaway with your family. I'm a big nba fan and the basketball hoop in the driveway was a great way to spend time with family. Thanks again! "

"Very clean, plenty of space. We did not venture upstairs so can’t comment on that, but everything was as described. It was absolutely freezing when we arrived, and most of the wood pieces were large, so chopping wood in the dark was not in our plans. Perhaps the cleaner could have turned on the kitchen area heater for a bit before guests arrive. As soon as we unpacked and got a fire going, we sat down to watch the projection tv, and discovered that none of the living room outlets were working. We flipped the breaker and it didn’t fix it, so I sent a quick note to the owner letting her know, but noted that we moved the projector to a plug near the door and it was working, so it was not a big deal. I didn’t love the response:” that’s odd, first I’ve heard of it.Thanks for the heads up!” A simple “I’m so sorry” would have changed my review a bit. But that one thing wasn’t enough to leave a negative review. "

"Our extended family wanted to celebrate the holidays together. We needed a little more room to fit everyone and this home was the perfect fit. The beds were comfortable, the family room cozy and the kitchen dining room large enough and functional. Location was ideal for us and we got a white Christmas."

"Our stay at Cozy Condo on the 4th Fairway of Plumas Pines Golf Course was nothing short of magical. The property itself was great, with views of the golf course and river. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Elizabeth provided more than we could've ever imagined. The kids were particularly thrilled with playing the provided board games (aggrevation was the favorite). We also put together one of the puzzles; we made it just in time before our departure. We spent our days exploring the beautiful surroundings, walking to the river, and seeing some deer pass right by the terrace. We stood during Thanksgiving week to spend with family, kitchen was great was able to make my mac and cheese to take with me to my family's home. Elizabeth was so responsive and accommodating when I asked if we could come a day early to avoid the bad weather going over the Donner Pass. She gave us some pointers on where to go to play in the snow which we did, my boys had the best time! I definitely would recommend staying at this lovely home we hope to be back soon. "
