The only things I didn’t like were that the bed didn’t have a fitted sheet. The one it had was just a topper so it felt a little strange sleeping on a topper. Second, the shower had some hairs kind of like maybe the shower wasn’t properly cleaned last time? Not sure, I went ahead and rinsed the hair down the drain with water but everything else was clean.

Great staff! Excellent location! The units have updated decor including NO carpet. Yay! They also offer a real breakfast from eggs and bacon, waffles, boiled eggs, whole fruit and everything in between! This is a great spot for an affordable price. If I were being picky I'd say upgrade the towels. They are small and have that dreaded "hotel dry," feeling. But, that's really beung picky because from check-in, the room, staff, breakfast and checkout, we were happy. We even had a view of the ocean from the bathroom window which was a sweet little surprise. 😊 Thank you Best Western Park Crest Inn!

Beds were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was what you expect of a typical hotel breakfast with hot foods like scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage. Waffle maker, breads/pastries, instant oatmeal or dry cereal. It satisfied. We had a corner room by the main busy road but it wasn’t noisy. The only thing I would improve on is adding towel hooks/bars in the bathroom and sink area. Otherwise enjoyed our stay there.

Very clean! Parking easy and breakfast was enjoyable. Lots of food to choose (eggs, saucages, cereales, waffles, fruits, etc. Very clean and nice! Towels could be whiter.

The man checking us in was having an argument with the customer in front of me. His responses and the way he talked to the customer was completely unacceptable. Then came me, he said I got you booked from Expedia with two queens. I told him no, I ordered one king. He said if you're not happy call Expedia. I said no I don't have time to do that. He responded then you must be happy. I said no I am not happy but I don't want to call Expedia. And he said it once again, well than you must be happy if you're not calling Expedia. I told him once again Im not happy and asked him to please stop being confrontational that I am willing to accept the 2 queens. He said I am only gonna give you the room if you say you are happy with what I am giving you. At that point, I did not respond at all. He stood there and stared at me and after about 2 minutes, gave me the key without anymore words exchanged. His eyes were glossy and I know he was stoned. He should not be in a position that is in customer service.

A modest motel with large clean rooms. Nothing Fancy but certainly neat and organized. Breakfast included, coffee quite good. Easy parking. On a main Street, so Access to places in Monterey is easy, as is access to US1.
