Not the Best from this Tied Hotel
Our first visit to this hotel. We mainly chose this hotel as it had a swimming pool, jacuzzi, & steam/sauna room. A very unusual concept, the phone is a sweet only at certain times. So calling with any questions is difficult to get answers too. Check-in is unusually after 5pm. We arrived on time, checked in & were handed our bed linen. Very basic first impression. The room was warm, clean & up together but very dated. The room set up was back to front as on trying to pull the double bed down it landed on the table & chairs. The spare bedroom was passable. The shower was very bad.. Hot then cold then the water dribbled out, not the best when you have shampoo on your hair. Food set up was confusing then when we tried to book food we were told the kitchen is closed as they gave a few issues. The structure of the hotel was noticeably in major need of repairs. The main road had some large pot holes. The swimming pool/spa was actually surprisingly good & all facilities were working. We were so lucky to have 6” of snow over the time we were there, so the skiing was amazing. The town “Mont Dore” is quite tied with many buildings dilapidated & looking very tied. What shops are there, mostly are selling the same items. Ski hire, ski items for purchase, souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cured meats. Tourism is there main form of income so giving TLC to the ski town is a must. The skiing was great especially after having a lot of newly laid snow. We shall return to ski.

Great value apartments
A quick ski trip to Mont Dore with an overnight stop at this hotel. Great value, easy parking and you can walk into the town centre for a nice meal if wanted

Établissement bien situé mais très vétuste. Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une nuit..... Piscine et spa fonctionnel mais qui ont aussi besoin de rénovation. Je ne comprends même pas que cette établissement reste ouvert: un grand besoin de travaux

Tres bon séjour
J'ai été très agréablement surprise par ce gite. En effet j'avais lu quelques avis negatif sur l'état des gites. Et bien, effectivement ils sont anciens mais nous avions loué un gîte 5 places et il etait tres propre et fonctionnel. Tres bonne utilisation des espaces. En ce qui concerne les équipements, jai utilisé la salle de sport qui est petite mais très bien. La piscine et l'espace forme sont tres sympa et aprés un journee de ski ou pour soccuper lorsqu'on ne ski pas, cest top car on le trouve dans peu de location de sport d'hiver. Quand au personnel, ils sont tous tres sympa et à l'écoute des client. TOP En résumé, weekend parfait 😊👌

Séjour agréable
Séjour fantastique avec un appartement propre et le top avec la piscine et le spa après une journée dehors. Je tiens à dire aussi que le personnel est très sympathique. Le seul bémol , le chauffage ds l appartement ne fonctionnait pas très bien .

Avis est partagé, très agréable en générale mais vétuste et plus entretenu , quel dommage de voir ces bâtiments tomber en « ruines » Le logement est propre c est bien là le principal même si il manque une ampoule dans le frigo , que les rideaux obscurciste peu , ess sue la robineerie est branlante , que le chauffage dans la salle d eau ne fonctionne pas …. Bref ! Séjour quand même agréable grâce au personnel gentil et très attentionné, les animations proposées sont très agréables .

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans un gîte. Très bien situé : village du mont dore à 10min à pieds et une navette gratuite pour les pistes de ski. Seul bémol les bâtiments ne sont pas entretenus.( Bâches sur toitures, gouttières qui s'écroulent...). Nous avons apprécié la piscine.

Extérieur des bâtiments un peu défraîchis par contre les studios sont agréables propres ainsi que les parties communes (restaurant, bar, piscine, spa…) Personnel sympathique Par contre quand vous arrivez au 2eme service au restaurant le soir il ne reste plus grand choix! 22€ le repas pour avoir un yaourt en dessert c’est un peu chère !!

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre a l'arrivée. Accueil très correct, et agréable, . A noter l'état extérieur des bâtiments qui fait peur, on ressent un abandon de l'entretien des bâtiments, ce qui est fort dommage, car le site est est fort agréable.

Rapport qualité prix super
C’était notre deuxième séjour. Nous sommes toujours aussi contents; restaurant délicieux pour 22 € avec boissons comprises. Nous espérons que ce centre continuera à fonctionner car les toitures semblent en très mauvais état. Attention : le spa est fermé le samedi donc si vous y allez pour le jacuzzi, sauna ou hammam, journée à éviter. Mais la piscine bien chaude est ouverte tous les jours. Environs remarquables et propices aux promenades. Personnel au top.
