This hotel is everything you need in an airport overnight place to stay. The beds are comfortable. The pillows perfect. The service to and from airport is on time and on both of my stays the drivers were exceptional. Don’t be fooled by the slightly outdated decor. This hotel is GREAT

Well it’s located in an office park area a few blocks off 494. There was adequate parking. The hotel is warm and cozy in the lobby/shared breakfast area. Check in was easy and there are elevators to the upper floors Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s in close proximity to the airport so like most airport hotels, we hear the planes a couple of times day and night. It did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast was good offering both hot and cold items. We went to the hot tub. It was fine , however the pool was much much too cold. We might stay there again. Thank you for the kind service of the front desk staff.

The property STAFF are what make this hotel an excellent option to stay in in the area! From the breakfast lady who was BEYOND amazing - I wish I'd have gotten her name - to the front desk staff, to the maid service. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, nice, and helpful. This is NOT a great hotel if you are planning to enjoy the hot tub while your kids enjoy the pool tho - the hot tub is in a completely different room than the pool so you have no visibility of your kids. The rooms were clean enough, we didn't find any bed bugs either so that was a huge plus.

I booked this room because the listing said it offered free roll away beds and we knew we would need one. When we got checked in I was told they didn't offer them. I told the guy at the front that their website says they do and the only response I got was "I know" and a smile. However, that is my only complaint. The staff was nice, everything was clean, and its in a great location. Everywhere we wanted to go was less than a 30 min drive.
