Stayed 1 night to fly out the next day. Shuttle service was excellent. They have service to the airport and the Mall of America. When you call for pick up they were there in a timely manner. The only real problem I had was the shower in/off knob came off and the water didn't get very hot.

Old - maintenance and updates desperately needed
The shuttle driver said he was at the airport to pick us up, but he wasn’t there. Overall, it took an hour for a ride to the hotel. The ride to the hotel was like he was a NASCAR driver. In the first room, the toilet didn’t work and the phone didn’t work, so we changed rooms. The second room had black hair on the shower walls and the bathroom sink sprayed water on the counter. The hotel smelled musty and like cigarettes, no USB ports. The staff, however, were very nice and accommodating. Only gave 2 stars because of the staff.

Tv didnt work. Remote didn’t work, remote wouldn’t turn the tv on, you had to turn on the tv manually. The Samsung sign would come on, it would flash than the screen went black. After 15 or 20 minutes the tv came on with a green breakground. No picture. We could have called the front desk but it was already 9:30 at night. Didn’t want to deal with the hassle of having them come up to try to fix it. Guy at front desk said he had fix other peoples tvs. Tv are inexpensive these days, they should think about purchases new and change the internet/cable provider.
