One of the rooms booked had roaches, the night staff refused to initially change us rooms. Once they saw the roaches then they decided to change rooms but by then my party and I had just decided to sleep in one room since it was 3am. The one good thing is they did refund us for one of the rooms

Room was clean. That's about all I can say positive. Pathetic breakfast (granola bars and oatmeal packets with luckwarm "hot" water and that's it, no juice, nothing -- was told I could get a 10% discount at a restaurant across the parking lot. Lock on exterior door 4 no working so door open. At check-in, had to go twice to the office because keys didn't work in my door lock. Ended up getting moved to another room.

I did not like this stay at all. The room was dirty, there were stains on the carpet, the air conditioning unit was not from this century and did not cool our room. The hot water faucet was broken and unusable and the beds were not even close to comfortable. I had booked a 2 day stay and left after one night. I also had a surprise deposit that I was told was mandatory to pay to stay there. So I paid a deposit for the privilege of sleeping in filth. I booked another room and got out of there as fast as I could.
