The staff were super helpful, kind and professional. The hotel is in the perfect location if you are travelling solo with so much around to see and do walking. The restaurant a must with many delights to enjoy. Peaceful and quiet, with great areas to relax. The Castello Sforzesco nearby, leads on to a beautiful Park where you can take a rest from the intense heat. I visited end of July. The air conditioning in the room a bliss!! Museums galore. Be traveller aware. Keep yourself safe. And enjoy! I loved Milan. 🙏🙇‍♀️

The hotel's location is great very walkable to many important sites. The property is near a Main Street with tram passing which causes noises. It also needs a bit of upgrades, carpet mainly. It has a great breakfast included. Staff are nice

The breakfast selection and quality was impressive. The staff were very helpful. The room was good with many snack and drink options. The one area of the floor was dirty. Pressure in the shower not great. Very good location.
