Helped out when in need
We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton and this hotel was amazing. We had never been to Miami, but these guys waved pet fees for evacuees and we have four cats. The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. They brought us up a microwave and helped us navigate an inherently stressful situation. Great location, we walked to the beach multiple times daily. Extremely secure premises, you have to use your keycard to use the elevator. All in all they absolutely contributed to lifting some of the stress that was involved with our situation. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.

The room I was given at this hotel was terrible! The wooden floors were probably 20 years old and in terrible condition. The wood was chipped everywhere. The elevator was in poor condition and took forever. I am absolutely amazed that this is rated a 4 star hotel! I'd say it's more like 2 stars. In conclusion, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again even for free. It's really awful. I am very disappointed.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Only issue was the terrible smell of the room! Lots of previous reviews about that issue from others too. There is no fan in the bathroom so you get a constant musty smell, probably created from all the steam from the shower. Would stay here again, but not until that is rectified

I was hoping to get an early check in maybe around 2pm rather than 4pm but they could not accommodate us. Just to check in at 4pm had to take a room on the ground floor...noisy. The man at the front desk was not helpful at all nor was his attitude.
