Great new hotel just a few blocks from the beach and very walkable. Staff was friendly and helpful at checkin, great vibe throughout. The rooms are small as expected and very functional. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Miami

We had an issue prior to arriving with reservations as they were rude but the front desk staff made everything right upon arrival. Our shower flooded the last day there due to a drainage issue. Maintenance fixed the issue but we had to get someone to clean up the water. I guess maintenance didn't let anyone know. Overall the staff is very accommodating and nice. It is a beautiful property. They should definitely look into getting a better reservation system in place as the current agents could run potential guests away.

The in room technology was the highlight for me. You control everything in your room either with the provided iPad or from the app on your phone. My only issue was the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and there was no fire.

The hotel was conveniently located near stores and restaurants. A 15 minute walk get you to South Beach. However, parking is expensive at the nearby parking garages. The hotel does not provide parking.
