JUST DON’T
We had a room that smelled of a combination of cannabis and old food that went bad. I checked the AC to see if it was just stale air and the vents were literally covered in a black mold. I politely asked if we could change rooms after letting her know the room condition and the lady just said here you go with new room keys. I go back up to the new room and the keys didn’t work. I go back to the front desk and apologize for all the hassle and she said that oh yeah wrong room. No apologies for any of the hassle. The new room had sticky floors, tv not working and dirty toilet bit as I am dealing with chemo treatments I didn’t have the energy to do anything more but sleep. Very disappointed as the hotel had a 9.0 rating.

The property and staff were all good. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet. The biscuit was very tough. I didn't care for the only meat selection. The eggs were scrambled fine. The apple juice was delicious. Not everyone likes "bold", strong coffee.
