Fantastic location, great facilities, comfortable beds, lively breakfast, fan in the bathroom which is a rare find. Will definitely stay here again. Only comment is that one of the light switches in the bathroom was loose. We were a family of 4 and the twin double room was very spacious.

Terrific hotel in a great location. Very clean, great bar and lots of parking at hotel or next door. So close to everywhere you want to go in the CBD including a tram stop in Bourke st. We always stay here!! Love it

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just dropped something between bed and bedside table...didn't had a clean for a while, very dusty and like other places in the room, if you have a closer look. For me, the matrress was too soft. At breakfast i missed some honey or Nutella for my son, no cheese or salami. But overall for one night it was good.

Central location, easy to get around in the city. Room was tidy but position of TV was not abke to be watched from bed. Staff at breakfast buffet shouldnt be chewing gum, doesnt look professional.

This is a great hotel. Convenient to CBD and more. New lobby and renovated bar. The room was a bit dated, but the bed and linens were excellent. They could use a shop for snacks and and other stuff. Staff was great, with a special shout out to one of the F&B managers, H. Our early dinner exceeded expectations. a great value for a property on to its way to the next star. Would definitely book again.
