This property was a good location for us however the parking across the road was a bit painful and we would have preferred somewhere with on site parking. With little kids it’s just that bit harder when getting the car etc. people without children probably wouldn’t mind so much. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment city view which was very spacious and well designed however the furniture in our lounge area was filthy and needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. It was stained and quite dirty. Things we loved were the pool and gym area and the view from our window. Staff were hit and miss. We had some good interactions and some not so good interactions at the hotel. Overall I would stay again however there could be some improvements to this property starting with the cleanliness and customer service.

PROS Loved the location. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Spotlessly clean Beautiul floor to ceiling windows Cons No breakfast on site except a smsll selection of products at reception. Glass door on the toilet and shower till we found the wooden sliding which seperated the bathroom from the living area.
