"We stayed here for a week and for the price we paid, we really enjoyed it! We don’t have any bad things to say about Sunshine Inn at all. It was a very quiet and clean space to spend the week on our trip. We enjoyed how close it was to everything and our room was very big!! Loved it! Definitely recommend!!! "

"Stayed for 2 weeks for a family holiday consisting of 4 adults and 2 children - check in process was easy including security on the front gate of the community, house is clean and great layout - pool was fantastic all the communication through the owner was replied to quickly and the location is absolutely ideal by far the best place to stay if you are visiting Disney/universal - would 100% stay again! "

"Well located and in a quiet, pleasant area. Space worked well for us and kids enjoyed the pool. It’s a little tired and dated but was good value. Communication with host was quick and easy, and we did a later check-out for a small fee which was very helpful with a later flight home. Would stay again. "

"The property was great! 11 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were also a hit with the family. The location was also nice, close to lots of stores and restaurants. The drive to Disney was easy from the house. The only recommendation I would have is for a few more pieces of cookware for guests. The host was prompt replying to any questions we had. This place is great and we would definitely stay again!"
