When we first walked into our room it smelled of dog very badly, which partly was my fault for not clarifying a non pet room. Within a few minutes my boyfriend and I noticed black things in the sinks and on the bed. Immediately I investigated and found that they were in fact fleas. Everywhere. Luckily we had not opened our suitcases and settled in. We went back down right away. The front desk man was extremely apologetic and offered to upgrade our room and get us a pet free room. Unfortunately we have pets of our own and we did not feel comfortable staying so we moved hotels. Again, the front desk man was extremely apologetic and nice about it. But just be aware! I have family and friends that have stayed there before and had no issue. Although they probably won’t go back now.

This is my fifth time staying at My Place. It's across from the Medford airport, which makes it super convenient to stay before and after my flights. The front desk people are wonderful & accommodating. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, super clean, the bedding is dreamy, the pillows fabulous, and the bed extremely comfortable. It's my go- to anytime I fly out of Medford.
