One complaint that I have is that the breakfast is an extra charge is you book with any outside booking such as Expedia!! That is not explained to you when you check in!

Bathroom was dirty. There was a towel that had small hair on it and a pad was under one of the towels. Shower was dirty, the door was dirty. The walls were dirty. I wiped it down to see if it was just a stain and nope it was dirty. Had bugs by shower.

It is so loud and there is no sound insulation. It sound like there are people running and stomping up down the floor and you can hear kids crying from the hallway. I thought it would be mostly business people and it was... but I heard everything even at 3am.

Floors in rooms need to be carpet cleaned. Male sure to ask for more towels before going to your room. They only leave 3 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels. There was 4 of us. Didn't understand the number of towels they leave. Bewate of the Totiet seats. THEY WILL SLAM DOWN ON YOU. When they do cover your ears. Its vety loud.
