Excellent and convenient. It was 5 degrees and our room was having an issue with the heater. Front desk had someone up there with a quick fix in 5 minutes

Our bathroom floor and extended tile area was covered in sticky stuff. Urine was among these and out entire room smelled horribly of it. We had got in late and had a flight early we covered a path to the toilet with towels and made the best of it. Grossest bathroom I've ever dealt with and we travel frequently.

Few things probably need upgraded. Everytime the heat kicks on, in room 310, and running, a tapping sound comes on every 2 to 5 minutes, making it difficult to sleep through the night.
