"This was an absolutely terrible experience. Upon arriving at the resort, the host never answered their phone to provide the apartment number. After flying all the way from the U.S., I was left with no place to stay. Despite having booked and fully paid for the reservation, the host refused to offer any explanation. I ended up spending nearly seven hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to secure alternative accommodations. This completely ruined my vacation and year-end plans, all because of an irresponsible, heartless, and selfish host who canceled the reservation without notifying either me or the platform. I had tried multiple times to contact the host in advance, but they never responded, even though the reservation was made over a month prior. I strongly advise against booking this listing, as the host's behavior was utterly unacceptable. No one should have to endure what I went through. "
