Lovely location
We stayed here for a concert at the Xcel and it was super convenient, plus the valet was handy! The room was clean, the bed and pillows super comfy and we had a terrific view of the river!

Definitely needs work on there elevators. Did not like waiting 10 mins for 2 elevators out of 4 working just for the two to be packed and need to wait longer. Otherwise was a great experience

was decent. BUT. forced into valet. which was an extra 35$ before tax and we wouldve been glad to park a vehicle ourselves, but we didnt get an option. vehicle hadnt even been put into park yet when a man came and opened my door. it was invasive, scary, overwhelming, and rude.
