The bed was absolutely awful! Worn out mattress lumpy with NO support at all! Tried to call front desk to complain but phone in the room didn’t work. When I called on my cell no one picked up. I will NEVER stay at this property again. I would expect a refund at the very least.

We arrived very early in the morning the staff was very friendly. We were allowed to check in early for a small fee which was nice. The first room we checked into the patio window wouldn't close and the was no screen to keep bugs from coming in. We alerted the front desk they sent someone up, but he could not fix it so we were move to another room. The second room had no exhaust in the bathroom so if you took a shower it steamed up the bathroom really bad and the was no where for other smells in the bathroom to go. The bathroom was weird because there was no where to hang wet towels after you shower. We had two 13 year olds with us so this really wouldn't be the ideal room because the only bathroom you had to walk through the bedroom. The room could use a lot of updating, but the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

The room smelt like smoke. The front desk said there was nothing they could do and all rooms were non smoking. They claimed the hotel was overbooked and that they could not move us to another room. We opened the balcony door to let fresh air in. Then the door would not close. Maintenance came and fixed the door. The front desk said they would give us 10,000 Hilton honors points. One week later there are no points on my account. Overall, very frustrating experience and the staff seemed apathetic and failed to follow through on their small token compensation.

Stay was great. Checkin went smooth, am front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms are smaller then they appear online. But still nice. Pm front desk not so friendly. The Pull out only comes with one pillow, called front desk and asked for another and when i said ok great, thank you! the lady just hung up on me.

The place was beautiful and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed was too. I liked how the restaurant was inside the hotel, that way you can just order instead of going out. The front deck lady was kinda rude, so the wait for registration was long. After we checked in, we decided to go to the pool (the pool was small) and the water was very salty. There were no pool towels so we had to ask for some. All the other staffs were great though. Even the housekeepers.

The hotel was nice and clean, I was a little frustrated when I paid for the hotel and then at ck in I had to pay taxes and parking ( when on the website it stated free parking) late night staff where not very helpful as I got double charged on the fee, but the morning staff at ck out were very helpful and explained What the $81 was for and got the double charge taken care of. Also breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast and happy hour were great, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The rooms definitely need some maintenance: the dining area sink faucet was damaged, there was chipped paint in the bathroom.
