I came one day early for my stay, Shonista was wonderful on check in and was very informative on all check in things. I had only one problem with restaurant food being cold (ordered room service - they forgot to call when ready), she comped me and all other meals were very good. Thank you and all your staff for being upbeat and friendly on my stay, will recommend to anyone to stay.

The gentleman at the front desk really made my first visit special. It was raining when I arrived and he went above and beyond helping me with my bags and checking me in. He also gave me a voucher for the restaurant. I bye I missed him upon departure to tip him. The hotel decor was beautiful and very top tier. I really enjoy the food and how nice my room was. I look forward to visiting again :)

The room phone wasn’t working so I had to order room service at the front desk. Bathroom door wasn’t able to close. 75-100 boxes of TVs were in the hallway and were hard to maneuver around. For the money we paid for the room, I expected a much better experience
