Very disappointed to find out that the pool was closed upon arrival. There was no notice of this on the website. I am a local resident that was having work done at my home so we decided to go to a hotel specifically with a pool. We were then told that we could use the affiliated hotel across the streets pool. We did do that, but we had to walk through snow to get accross the street. The hotel attendant at the affiliated hotel “Christine” was very rude because we did not bring towels with us. We were never told to to so. Our hotel had bad WiFi, and no phones available to the front desk- we had to go down to the front desk for anything we needed. We will not be going back. Period.

Not having the pool available was inconvenient, and I refused to walk across the road to the Marriott and come back wet and cold. After the power outage, the pool remained closed and dirty for the remaining 3 nights.

The staff is very racist . I am black and I was there with my baby and wife but they did not pay attention to any of our requests at all. We stayed in a room with no room service for two days and when we asked them for room service on the third day they ignored us until I talked to the cleaner my self and begged her to clean for me . But all other rooms were cleaned and the reason they gave us was that they were short staffed. We asked for towels the second night and they said they were bringing them and the whole night passed with zero response. We had to re use our towels. Power went off the entire afternoon and no explanation was given . The pool was closed for all the 3 days . Plus the breakfast was terrible .

It was OK, have stayed here several times, this one was a bit disappointing. New $5 per night parking fee which we were totally unaware of, we were there one month ago and this was "new" a couple months ago, according to desk..not so... Breakfast was disappointing , two of the three mornings we went down around 830am (supposedly served til 9a) and things were empty, being put away, unplugged and not being served in general....VERY disappointing. Room was ok, fan/heating system very noisy...fresh towels only provided once, don't know if it was because of holiday or if that is the schedule.....we did not ask.

Everything was good except we did not get the room we reserved. We ordered 3 rooms eachb2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in 1 room andva king size bed in the 2nd bedroom. We only got a room with 1 queen bed in each bedroom. This happened to all 3 rooms. And they would not or could not rectify this issue
