"This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we had a wonderful experience with a fantastic view. The staff is amazing. We encountered an issue where the cleaning crew sprayed the bed with fragrance, which triggered a migraine for me since I'm very sensitive to smells. However, they promptly returned with fresh linens and pillows. Additionally, we ordered room service, and it was delivered to us within minutes. They are upgrading/updating the hotel, they start working after 10 am which is so unusual for hotels. Thank you for that :) Everybody is so friendly, happy & enthusiastic. Overall, our stay was great! And this hotel is within walking distance from my favorite restaurant, ARARAT, which has an amazing atmosphere and European cuisine. We highly recommend it if you're looking for a great dining experience."

"Never had to ask for towels before and there were some cosmetic defects. No where to store anything like dresser etc unless you brought your own hangers. Had to ask for blankets. I guess people steal stuff over there. The pool I was little unsure off looked like the bottom was not pressure washed in some time betting spotty. Only one elevator worked and you had to press up even if you were going down. I did see a few bugs but not to major. There were people walking around smoking blunts which made you dizzy when you walked by them. Is an interesting place had some interesting deco type architecture."
