The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I am just very disappointed that at check in I was told the pool was not available. The reason I chose this location was for my 3 kids, my mom and I to use the indoor pool on our first family trip together and first time in New Jersey and New York. My kids were so upset as they should be I told them I chose a place for them to enjoy the pool and it was not available to us. We should of been notified before hand to find another hotel with a pool for us to enjoy the trip better. I drove 20 hrs to enjoy 4 nights in your hotel and city.

We were pleasantly surprised! Compared to other places we've stayed in recent years, this was miles above. The ADA room is so accessible. We highly recommend this hotel. And the complimentary breakfast had so many choices.

Hotel tucked behind I17 so it was quiet but easily accessible to everything. Walk across the parking lot to a nice bar & grill (even with live music on the weekends)

Very convenient for us on our business trips to this area. Easy access without being right on a busy, noisy road, this hotel good value for money, pleasant and accommodating. Minor gripes/cautions to others - the water is far too soft, and can get dangerously hot at full temp.

We checked in in the hotels smelled of mold. The hotel card gave us a room that was 85°, as I turned down the air it would only get hotter. I had him come up and he said he'll give us another room and that room smelled like a wild cat lived in that room for 10 years. He said they have no other roo.s so we checked out and went to the Hampton. Much better and cleaner room. Would never stay there again until they update and remodel.

I cannot say enough how wonderful it was to stay there. For the first time someone at a hotel listened to my feather allergy and moved pillows. She was so wonderful. We loved the checkin process and check out was fast. Room was clean and felt safe. I won't hesitate to stay again
