Hotel structure is OK, very large area full of nature, decent pool and restaurants. My room was quite bad - when we got to the hotel, it was dirty and the furniture is very very old. Hotel staff was pleasant and food was OK. I was travelling with my wife and 2 years old son and he had a good time in the beach and in the pool, but hotel is also far from everything so we did not go anywhere else. I am not planning to come back.

Nice beach. Nice room. Good food, but same menu every day or two. Expensive for travellers from Canada. Flight connections are headache (4 flights and total travel time 25hrs – 1 way). For half price you can have same vacation in Cuba.

Hotel com condições de velho e ou mal cuidado. Animais como cães e gatos no meio dos hóspedes,. Serviço de Buffet bem fraco. Na área do Bar da piscina com chuva molha muito dentro .Hospedes com caixa de som como se estivessem na casa deles. Resumindo apesar de ter pago “barato” não recomendo .

A localização na maravilhosa praia da pescaria, com um lindo mar verde. O resort tem uma área extensa e bonita, com uma linda natureza A limpeza é excelente, o pessoal é atencioso e cordial. O entretenimento é ótimo, o parque aquático do resort é excelente. A qualidade de conforto é simples, o buffet servido nas refeições tem variedade porém é trivial. Dica levem repelente, pois há muitos mosquitos.

Para ficar bom precisa melhorar muito
Hotel antigo, precisa urgente de reformas. Recepção com poucos funcionários, mas todos foram simpáticos, principalmente a Nathalia. Somente um restaurante, poucas variedade, molho de tomate péssimo, com gosto de ketchup e as vezes gosto de queimado. Camarão na área do bar estava passado, poucas opções de picolé, apenas tangerina, uva e limão, se quiser de chocolate precisa ir no bar perto do teatro (longe). Refrigerante zero açúcar somente de máquina, vinhos e espumantes ruins. Falta opções de sorvetes na área da praia, que por sinal muito boa, mas precisa ir cedo senão fica sem lugar, as piscinas do hotel são pequenas e com água turva, suja, por isto os hóspedes optam pela praia. Limpeza do hotel deixa a desejar, muitas moscas no restaurante, os pães com mosca, cadeiras e mesas velhas, baratas nos corredores dos quartos, mofo nos quartos, inclusive encontramos um carangueijo vivo no quarto. O valor das diárias são altos para os serviços prestados.

Uma decepção!! É de longe o pior resort All inclusive que já fui. A comida é sofrível, não tem variedades e não conseguem repor quando o resort está cheio. O bar da praia não tem nenhuma estrutura de higiene, fazem os drinques em um local muito sujo, sem falar a qualidade das bebidas que são das mais fracas e as cervejas sempre quentes. Não tem banheiro na praia e no caso de necessidade tem que ir ao banheiro na área da piscina, que é longe . A piscina suja e muito pequena, tem que pensar bem para usar. Enfim , não recomendo pois pelo mesmo preço tem opções bem melhores na região. Ponto positivo a destacar é a beleza da praia, do mangue e da mata. Os funcionários são ótimos, mereciam um maior treinamento pois fazem o que podem dentro das limitações do hotel. Destaque para o Marcos que gerenciou com maestria o buffet por dois dias e mostrou que tem capacidade para melhor aquele caos que é o restaurante. Falta zelo e administração . Uma pena porque o lugar é lindo.

Praia longe das acomodações. Sanitários inexistentes perto da praia. Alimentação sofrível. Resort antigo, necessitando reforma. Quarto razoável. Somente quanto aos empregados não tenho queixa. Qdo escolhemos um resort all inclusive buscamos muitas satisfações pelo alto preço que se paga: alimentação, conforto, entretenimento, bom atendimento. Os 50% de satisfação se deram pela gastronomia impecável e atendimento dos funcionários. Muito educados e prestativos e alimentação farta e variada. Os 50% de insatisfação se deram pelas precárias acomodações velhas e sujas, camas e roupas de cama velhas e estragadas, móveis do quarto velhos, encardidos e estragados, pintura suja, limpeza precária das mesas do restaurante onde os jogos americanos fediam e melavam mesmo depois de higienizados. Éramos incomodados insistentemente por vendedores de cotas de hotelaria para nos associarmos, muito desagradável. As bebidas (água e cerveja) eram fartas mas os drinks feitos de destilados de baixa qualidade e aguados. Para quem conhece outros resort all inclusive no nordeste, esse precisa de se reciclar principalmente nas acomodações. No mais, pizzas deliciosas e a ceia de Natal foi muito boa e organizada e shows divertidos. Repelente obrigatório. O hotel fica entre um mangue e a praia. Precisaria de podar mais a vegetação. Quem não gosta dessa natureza melhor não ir, o hotel abriga animais típicos desse ecosistema. A praia é bonita, ondas fortes, limpa, quioques com espreguiçadeiras e bar perto, muito conforto.

Praia maravilhosa, hotel nem tanto
Pontos positivos: praia muito bonita, bebidas inclusas de boa qualidade, pizza muito boa a tarde ao lado da piscina, funcionarios simpaticos. Pontos negativos: quarto antigo, sem decoração alguma, iluminação ruim não tinha luminarias ou outras fontes de luz a não ser uma lampada apenas o quarto ficava bem escuro. O banheiro tinha lodo no box e cheirava mal, mesmo após a limpeza, frigobar velho, e nenhuma mesa na varanda... lencois e toalhas velhos também. Precisava renovar e modernizar um pouco essa estrutura. A comida não era ruim, mas também não era saborosa, refeitório (não parece um restaurante) sem ar condicionado, copos plasticos para as refeições(??) e nenhum atedimento a mesa. Apesar disso a comida e bebida são fartas. Piscina pequena pela quantidade de hóspedes. Resumindo pelo valor cobrado a estrutura fisica do hotel tem que melhorar, porque por uma pequena diferença a concorrência oferece coisa melhor

No começo, nos colocaram num quarto muito velho mesmo, só depois de ameaçar sair do hotel foi que mudaram para um mais novo. A comida, na maioria das refeições, era muito ruim, sobretudo as proteínas! Positivo: o aqua Park é ótimo assim como a parte de bebidas alcoólicas.

Eu achei muito abaixo do esperado, uma diaria a 1.800,00 deveria ser uma experiência incrível e não foi! Os funcionários são ótimos e se esforçam muito pra elevar o nível do hotel, tudo que foi exposto de comida era “simples” nada demais. Tudo no hotel é muito bem organizado e limpo, so achei o “edredom” que disponilozaram tao fininho que nao nos aqueceu.

Ótimo espaço, quarto excelente e limpeza satisfatória. O atendimento na recepção foi muito bom, porém, nos demais ambientes, como bares e restaurante, necessita de um “baculejo”, estão trabalhando sem vigor, sem vontade, falta alegria e satisfação no trabalho, reclamações uns aos outros com relação à horários na frente dos hóspedes. Caprichar mais nos alimentos tanto em relação à sabor quanto à variedade!
