This charming room, located on the first floor of a bourgeois building in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon, has been renovated in October 2024 (new shower column, new bed, and new tiles).

Ideal Location: The room is ideally located near Lyon's large "green lung," the 100-hectare Parc de la Tête d'Or and the banks of the Rhône River. It also offers quick access to the Part-Dieu train station and the heart of the Presqu’île. In addition to its prime location, the neighborhood is also appreciated for its architecture and high-quality housing.

GARE PART-DIEU / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from Part-Dieu train station, take bus C6 towards Campus Lyon Ouest and get off at the Duquesne-Foch stop. The apartment is 1 minute on foot.

AEROPORT St EXUPERY / APARTMENT: To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Express towards Part-Dieu train station and get off at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Foch. The apartment is a 5-minute walk.
