The restored stone villa is located in northern Istria, Croatia. Situated in a small hillside village with stunning views of the valley and mountains all around. It is in the heart of the Ucka Nature Park. Hiking and mountain biking trails right at the doorstep. Beaches on the Opatija Riviera are 30 km. Plentiful restaurants and grocery are within 4 km. Great hub location to explore all of the Romanesque hilltop villages of Istria such as Motovun, Buzet, Hum, Roc, Porec, Rovinj, Pazin.

Uriges Steinhaus in reizvoller Umgebung
Wir haben hier einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub mit unseren beiden Kindern verbracht und die Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt zu zahlreichen Ausflügen in das Umland genutzt. Dazu bietet sich u.a. die gute Anbindung an die nahgelegene Fernstraße A8 an. Der Ort selber ist aber total ruhig gelegen...das Richtige, um mal abzuschalten, runter zu kommen und zu entspannen. Die Vermieter haben uns total nett empfangen und haben uns einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bereitet. Sie waren immer freundlich, spontan hilfsbereit und haben uns mit zahlreichen tollen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Unsere Kinder haben den Freiraum in Brest pod Uckom sehr genossen, da hier so gut wie kein Auto unterwegs ist, außerdem waren sie restlos von den freundlichen Hunden und Katzen der Nachbarschaft begeistert. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in einem prima Zustand. Allein durch die enorm dicken Steinmauern war die Wohnung immer angenehm kühl, ansonsten verfügt die Wohnung aber auch noch über 2 Klimaanlagen. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

Ein sehr zu empfehlender, schöner Ruhe-und Ausgangspunkt in den Bergen Istriens
Unsere vierjährige Tochter und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Bergen Istriens. Unsere Vermieter waren beide sehr nett und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Belange /sei es Tipps für Ausflüge, frische Wäsche oder den kleinen Schnack zwischendurch)- alles lief reibungslos. Unsere Wohnung war klein aber liebevoll hergerichtet! Besonders hervorzuheben war die Ruhe dort in dem 100 -Seelen Dorf, welcher aber einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen attraktiven Ziele bot! Einen Animationsurlaub kann man dort sicher nicht erwarten- Eigeninitiative ist gefragt! Aber dafür wird man reichlich belohnt mit wunderschönen Zielen wie Opatjia, Lovran, Pula, Buzet istrische Bergdörfer, die Insel Crew usw... Brest pod Uckcom bietet selber keine Lokalitäten aber auf dem Weg nach Buzet (dort gibt es die nächsten größeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) gibt es ein sehr nettes und preislich adäquates Restaurant names Daniela oder in Buzet das Stana mit Trüffeln allerfeinster Art! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Un endroit plein de charme!
Le logement est très bien situé. La maison est magnifique et les propriétaires adorables. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le soin et la propreté du logement, les échanges avec Nora ainsi que ses conseils. Nous avons adoré l'Istrie. Merci pour tout à Nora!!!
