Upon check in I was informed the tv did not work and there was no microwave. It was non refundable room so I said it was ok. When we got to the room there were no towels or trash cans. It was late so we went to bed. When I told the clerk about it upon check out he said oh well and that I should have called front desk... Will not stay again

Horrible.. run away
Brike down slum. Doir lock broke or jammed. A fught to open the door. Shower curtain rob was broke. Made a huge mess. Reserved non smoking room the last guest clearly smoked in. My youngest is allergic to smoke and every room in town was sold out. Horrible experience. Alerted front desk about issues. I dont know if he understood anything i said. I could not understand anything he said due to a THICK accent. We checked out early even though we paid for 2 days. I asked for refund on last day doubt i get it because of the language barrier. Avoid this place at all cost.

Worst hotel in Lubbock, Texas.
The room stinks. Floors were sticky. They’re were roaches, the TV didn’t work and I reported it first day and never got it fixed. The water in the toilet was running the whole time. The refrigerator wasn’t working and food that I bought went bad. No wi-fi, no hair dryer. Carpet fealty.

This place is filthy and unsafe. No locks on adjoining room, no controls for heat/air conditioning and no understanding from staff/management! Would be ashamed to have this location with the name related to Wyndham… the ONLY reason I chose this location!! I have pictures but no place to post them. Soooo disappointed!!!

Worst stay in Lubbock over our past year going.
At checkin the guy told us there was no tvs because they were getting upgraded.The pool was not available because it was being cleaned for the 4 days we were there. There was no breakfast during our stay either. The room smelled like weed. The room key kept deactivating everyday. We asked if we would get discount for all the inconveniences and guy said no due to us making reservations online.

Not A Good Place
Smelled like weed when you walked in. They did not come and clean the room on the first day. The A/C kept going out because the extension cord breaker kept tripping. There was no breakfast. The pool and hot tub was closed. My card to get in the room had to be re-activated each day. I stayed 4 days. The sheets had stains on them. The couch and chair in the room needed to be thrown out with all the stains on them.

Nasty place
1) could barely understand the staff person, 2) told me there were no tv's in the rooms and wouldn't provide a discount for listed amenities no longer available, 3) reeked of pot smoke inside the hotel, 4) reserved a non-smoking room, but when I walked in, it had obviously been smoked in- a lot! I canceled the reservation and left. Whoever owns this place now has run it down.

No towels, no soap. Room smelled horrible. Toilet didn’t flush. Asked for towels only wanted to give us two. There were 4 of us in a two queen bedroom. Bathroom and tub had pet hairs everywhere. Will not stay in this place again

When I checked in I was told no mini refrigerator nor microwave when it says mini refrigerator and micro microwave online. This place is absolutely outdated dirty and management don’t give two cents about the terrible condition. The toilet seat was basically hanging by a hair! So please people don’t book this hotel! Forget to mention the door doesn’t lock properly either we felt unsafe. We didn’t leave because it’s a university city and everything was booked everywhere else! I hope I get fully reimburse because this was the worse filthy hotel stay
