Located perfectly between Vale Do Lobo, Quinta Do Lago and Almancil, Quinta Pequena is a large traditional family villa in a beautiful private surrounding. The villa is set nicely back into a greenbelt pine forest just off Estrada Vale Do Lobo, the road hosting the largest number of local restaurants within the area.

The villa is quiet and private and enjoys a secluded yet perfectly central location in the Golden Triangle. Mature local trees and plants fill the grounds and the plot is large and spacious and securely walled with an electric gate.

There are fantastic outdoor facilities including a 10-meter heated pool (Pool heating is optional at an additional cost), outdoor seating and sunbathing for up to 56 people, wall mounted Spotify tablet with built-in garden speakers, and mood lighting for those lovely evenings outdoors. There is also a dedicated double charcoal barbeque area with an outdoor sink with its own dining table for sociable cooking.

The indoor space hosts two lounges with open fireplaces and comfy seating for up to 16 downstairs and a further 6 upstairs. There is also a 16 seater indoor dining room with a quiet area for reading and relaxing in the air conditioning. There are independent kitchens and dining upstairs and down for optional privacy and the downstairs kitchen is located directly next to the outdoor dining area for easy lunch and dinner time serving.

All lounges and bedrooms are installed with TV’s including fully Independent Sky Packages with all sports channels and the ability to stream anything from your mobile device or laptop. The villa is well equipped with everything you’ll need for a home from home experience. The owner lives next door should you need any advice or help during your stay.

Very spacious villa

Lovely spacious villa.
Big spacious Villa with large heated swimming pool. Plenty of parking spaces for at least five cars. Remotely controlled gates to the estate provided good security and protection for young children. The accommodation was large and most bedroom were ensuite. The showers in some needed attention but other than that the facilities were good. Flat roof had a full size Table Tennis table with equipment and proved to be very popular with the children. Fridge’s freezers and laundry facilities worked well and the Villa was very well equipped. The Landlord provided welcoming Wine and snacks and full instructions were given on operating the property, use of keys and electrics. The Landlady baked us a delicious cake and checked we were coping OK. Seventeen of us enjoyed a great week so thank you.

Great villa and location - very quiet - can easily sleep 16 - with the three upstairs and five bedrooms downstairs. Really good lounging / socialising areas around the pool. Basil really looked after us too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful spacious villa inside and out, perfect for large mixed groups/families. There were 16 of us ranging from 6 - 60 and it worked perfectly. Well equipped kitchen and living rooms with TVs with Sky and Netflix packages, perfect for the kids and adults! Bedrooms, bathrooms a little tired but clean and didn’t spend much time in them! Outside was brilliant, fantastic pool, plenty of sunbeds and space, plenty of shade and outside seating and eating areas. Great bbq area and outside Spotify sound system was fab with no neighbours to disturb. Basil, the owner was incredibly helpful. All in all we had the most amazing week and hoping to go back next year!

Fantastic hosts who helped us with restaurants and in villa dining. Beautiful villa with plenty of space to accomodate a large group. Lovely sun loungers, great pool. We hired bikes to get to and from the beach and used the tracks behind the villa. We will be back. Thank you 😊

Fantastic
We stayed her during May half term as a group of 17, (8 adults and 9 children). The villa was immaculate and really spacious, there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and bathrooms are a little tired but very clean, and all other rooms were freshly decorated, with excellent air con and tvs with full sports packages. The kitchen was really well equipped, with everything we needed to cook for us all, and a great sized bbq too. The pool is amazing, we chose to have it heated which was perfect, and it has a 1m shallow end which was great for the younger kids, and deep enough to dive at the other end for the older ones. There’s a great sound system around the pool, connected to Spotify which was a lovely touch. The location is good, it’s surrounded by restaurants (but still very quiet), 25min walk to the nearest supermarket and 45min walk to the beach. Basil (the owner) was really helpful, he took us to the supermarket on the first day, and on the last day, our flight home wasn’t until 10pm, and as Basil didn’t have anyone else arriving until the next day, he allowed us to to stay in the villa for the rest of the day, which was really appreciated. All in all, a really great stay with a really accommodating host. Thank you!

Very nice stay
We spent a week here with a party of four families, Eight adults and seven teenagers. The House was big and had excellent outdoor dining and pool areas. Enough space for a big group. The outside dining furniture and sofas could have been in better shape though. Many of them where broken and some pillows had mold spots. The pool was big enough and fresh and there was enough sun loungers and parasols for everybody. A very nice touch was the outdoor bluetooth speakers, so we could listen to music while sitting outside at night House was also spacious. Kitchens and bathrooms were a bit outdated but they worked ok for their purpose. Everything was clean when we came and the house was cleaned once during the week. There were nice restaurants very near that we visited (Parilla Natural and Simply Tapas y Vinho) and Louisa’s catering served us an excellent bbq meal one night. All in all we had a good stay. With a bit of updating this house would be perfect for a big group.

Excellent villa and warm welcome by the owners Basil and Louisa
Our stay was excellent. Warm welcome by the owners Basil and Louisa. On our request a delicious dinner was prepared by Louisa who has her own catering company. The villa with swimmingpool has a beautiful setting in a beautiful area. Communication with Basil and Louisa was very good. We stayed with our family, youngest was 4 years old and the eldest was 84 years old. The villa was fully equipt. And of course the weather was very good, around 28 degrees. In the evening the garden of the villa is very romantic with all the lights. We had a fantastic holliday at this villa. And we would recommend this one.
