First Class Stunner Indeed!
This property is exactly as advertised. Great location, quiet and beautiful. It's well appointed with plenty of items for the kitchen and bath. It's comfortable with updated appliances and technology throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet, beautiful, spacious carriage house!
Communication from the property manager was great. Eric checked in before, during, and after our stay. We were able to park on the street right in front of the main house. The owner of the main house greeted us upon check-in and checked in with us throughout our stay as well. He was super cool and fun to talk to! Check-in was super simple and instructions easy to understand and follow. The carriage house in the back is SO clean and beautiful - inside and out - and is exactly as pictured. It's quiet at night and we slept well. The king size bed is very comfortable. There's a pool table for fun (we didn't use it), and the carriage house is spacious. Large TVs in the living room and bedroom with great sound systems. A Keurig coffee maker and K-cups are provided. The neighborhood is so cute - street is lined with large, older homes and mature trees. The rental is within walking distance (a couple of blocks) from the main drag through the area with restaurants, bars, etc. We walked to an Indian restaurant on Bardstown Road for lunch. I felt safe in the area. We walked our dogs through the neighborhood as well. The owner has a golden retriever and is a dog lover, and he was very welcoming of our furry friends. Check out instructions were easy to follow, and we didn't have to do much! We will definitely stay here again!
