This apartment is in a recently built house, with attention to details, comfort. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and are spacious, cool (for the hot days) and quiet. To separate the bedrooms from the rest of the apartment, there is a small hallway, which leads to the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet. The kitchen with a view of the garden can easily accommodate 5 people. From there you can also go directly to the spacious, covered terrace. The tree 'Olivastro' provides shade. The terrace was built in typical Sardinian style by a local craftsman. There are loungers in the garden to enjoy a good book. There is also a fireplace and garden chairs behind the house. This apartment is ideal because it is practical for a family.

Leider konnten wir unsere gebuchte Unterkunft nicht beziehen, da diese überbucht war. Wir haben eine alternative Wohnung bekommen, diese war kleiner und mitten im nirgendwo. Daher waren wir auf unser Auto angewiesen, egal was wir machen wollten.

Beautiful resort with amazing and comfortable apartment
We had a fantastic week in Carlo’s resort and will definitely come back. We already miss it. Conveniently located in the small town you have a perfect base to explore the wonderful beaches and small mountain villages.

Von wegen Kompromiss...
Wir waren Ende August 2021 für ein paar Tage bei Mario in der Villa Menhir. Mangels Alternativen hatten wir vor der Anreise leise Bedenken, dass es eine Unterkunft sein könnte, die man vor allem nimmt, wenn sonst nichts mehr verfügbar ist. Weit gefehlt! Haus, Ausstattung, Garten und Betreuung durch den Vermieter sind erstklassig. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wen es wie uns nicht stört, ein paar Meter weiter vom Meer entfernt zu wohnen, dem empfehlen wir Mario's Haus wärmstens. Alles super!

Soggiorno nella Sardegna orientale: mare e supramonte
Cercata una casa confortevole, non troppo isolata ma vicina al mare e ai servizi essenziali. Villa Menhir offre tutto questo: ottimo e fresco l’appartamento, la sua collocazione, l’arredamento curato in stile sardo. Mare bello raggiungibile in tempi brevi. Accoglienza estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità. Supramonte di Baunei veramente interessante con belle possibilità di passeggiate sia facili sia impegnative.

Neuwertig, sauber, entspannt
Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zur Agentur. Früherer Check-In war spontan möglich. Modernes, neuwertiges und sehr sauberes Ferienappartement. Inserat etwas irreführend. Unsere Ferienwohnung verfügte z.B. nicht über einen Balkon am Schlafzimmer. Die Angaben über die Nähe zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind unrealistisch, da viel weiter. Die Anlage liegt sehr nah an der Hauptstraße des kleinen Ortes. Dennoch war es insgesamt ruhig. Die zahlreichen Strände der Umgebung (Orri) sind sehr schön und in wenigen Autominuten (ca. 15 min.) zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Gerne wieder!

Nous avons réservé en ligne et réglé par carte. Le lendemain le séjour a été refusé car le logement était déjà loué pour la période souhaitée. Le loueur affirme d’avoir procédé au remboursement, 12 jours plus tard nous n’avons toujours pas été remboursé ! Nous devons continuer nos vacances sans avoir accès à cet argent prévu pour et aucune nouvelle concernant le remboursement !!!

Tolle Anlage
Die einzelnen Häuser sind miteinander verbunden und stehen auf einem großen Grundstück. Wir hatten das nördliche Element, Terrasse, Küche mit anchließendem "Wohnzimmer" - Sofa und gegenüber eine große Kommode mit einem kleinen TV - im 1. Stock ein Schlafzimmer mit Balkon und sehr großem guten Bett, daneben ein kleines Zimmer nur mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Nachttisch - kein Schrank, keine Kommode. Die Strandnähe von 5 Minuten ist nur mit dem Helikopter zu schaffen - zu Fuß ca. 40 Minuten, mit dem Auto ca. 8- 10 Minuten. Schöne Strände sind in ca. 20 Minuten in Orri zu erreichen - südlich von Tortoli.

Wonderful
We had a fantastic stay at Villa Manhir. We found the place using FEWO and the experience was above the expectations we had. The owner was so friendly and helpful. The area and accomodation was beautiful. It was quiet and relaxing and a great place to stress down. We are definitely going back. Next time we just need more than few nights.

Wunderschöne Apartment, um die Golfo di Orosei zu entdecken!!!
Dieses wunderschöne apartment war auf unserer Sardinienrundreise unsere letzte Unterkunft... und wir haben uns hier am wohlsten gefühlt. Die zimmer sind großzügig und ganz nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Die komplette Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und Die Unterkunft war ein Kleinod, Sehr gute Betten und Zimmer :-)
