The office staff was friendly and helpful. It was a long walk to the room and I have limited mobility. They offer a full breakfast. The room was clean. I liked that the floors are vinyl so the helps keep it cleaner.

Our only complaint was that you could hear everything going on in adjoining rooms very clearly. Sounded like they were in actually in our room taking a shower, talking, slamming doors. Didn't sleep well due to noise through out the night. Need sound proofing in walls. Otherwise was a clean, comfortable room and good breakfast.

I would recommend staying at the quality inn hotel. The hotel had easy access from the parking lot to the room. The free parking was a plus and we didn’t have trouble finding any spots even with a busy music festival weekend. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I also felt very safe as a female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.

I called 2 times to confirm that the jacuzzi is working and able to be used. They confirmed it worked. I get there and it’s locked for maintenance and won’t be open for another couple of days. It had been closed for a month. Why lie?

Perfectly budget friendly
Great budget friendly place to stay. I will be visiting my son in Long Beach often and this will be my new favorite place to stay when I do. The only negative thing I can say about it was the air conditioner was very noisy when it was on. Overall a great place to stay.
