The office staff was friendly and helpful. It was a long walk to the room and I have limited mobility. They offer a full breakfast. The room was clean. I liked that the floors are vinyl so the helps keep it cleaner.

I was disappointed that this hotel seemed to be a rennovated old motel not a hotel. Very noisy a/c unit that did not work well. Had to walk thru parking lot to get to bteakfast.

Room decor was really tired and felt old and dirty. Needed a good update. The pool and hot tub were very dirty and probably why no one used it. Staff were very pleasant. Good location for Disney only 15 minutes away.

Stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise. It was 2 adults and two kiss ages 6 and 8. There weren't any bells and whistles at the hotel but it was clean and just what we needed as a place yo lay our heads before the cruise. The beds were not thay comfortable though but again, we made do. I would stay here agaon before a cruise.
