Elevators broke and my family and I came back to our room at 11:30pm only to not be let into our room. Front desk stated they may have switched our or some ridiculous reason. Our personal belongings are in there. How can our room be given away?!? Extremely annoying.

Unfortunately this hotel has had a change in management. The new management company dosent keep up the property. I was there for 3 days. I was stuck in elevators multiple times. Two of the times were over 30 min. My room smelled like mildew. They no longer have a bar in the lobby. Pool was also closed.
