We check in room wasn’t what I expected floor was dirty, the room ice box cover had mold and bag wasn’t taken out of the ice box so it had water in it , prior gust left garbage on top of tv entertainment . Bed squeaked every time you turned very loud. Mattress very worn out outdated. Very poor

So first reason I picked here was for the hot tub jacuzzi so me n my partner went to get in it it was like ice it did not work I called front desk young man came looked said he sorry but don’t know what to do Second as I went to get ready for the night the electric plug in the getting ready area did not work so I had to juggle around room to get ready was so dissatisfied with stay there will not choose there again

This is my third time staying at this property, it has always been a great place to stay and I will continue to use this facility when I am in town; this time the only complaint I have is that the mattress was worn out and did not have a good sleep as I had to stay in one area of the bed so I did not go into the sagging side.
