I really liked this hotel. I stayed there for a week while I was taking a class in the Lancaster gate area. My priority in selecting a hotel was a room with a kitchenette. Im glad I chose this one. I really liked the set up of the space and the staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

We had issues with power cutting off and a burst water pipe which caused flooding in and outside of our room. Staff did not seem to think this was an issue, so a good stay was made average.

The hotel was great! We checked in our bags, so we can grab lunch and site see for a but while waiting for our room at 3pm. 8 min walk from Paddington station. Convient area for shops, restaurants, parks. Loved our stay here and will stay again!
