Best Hotel
St Giles is the best hotel in my opinion and i have been staying there every year for the last 10 years. The location is brilliant the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable.Plenty of choice for eating. I will be back next year.thanks.

The property is a little dirty, staff swung between disinterested and downright rude, the room was unbelievably loud, and the wait for a lift was absurd. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have to.

The elevator situation is appalling. It is a very busy hotel and many bus groups use it. At busy times you can wait 15 minutes to even squeeze into one. Today my son and I had to carry four cases down three flights because our Uber was waiting

Expensive but conveniently positioned
Very small room -very expensive. Staff friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated near Tottenham Court Road station. Only one pillow - I phoned for an extra one. There was a welcome extra blanket. Very good wi fi. Food in restaurant (I had a pasta) was tasteless. Not ideal to have to add lots of salt and pepper to a pasta dish.

Basic hotel but well located for London. Close to shops and a few minutes from Tottenham court station. Direct stop on Elizabeth line from Heathrow which was handy. Breakfast was decent and set us up for the day, cheaper at check in than booking on the day. We really enjoyed Cucina and did the pre theatre menu. We also ate at Hudsons which was just ok. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the metro station, can easily walk from the Tottenham Square metro station with luggage to this hotel with no problem. Great central London location close to tourist attractions, Victoria Station, etc. Staff was not very welcoming and one elevator was out of service causing the wait for the only other elevator to be excessively long. Rooms are small but standard for Europe and clean with ac.

Our stay in St Giles
We were on the 9th floor non refurbished room. Very old fashioned and shower was tiny. Not much room to move. We were encouraged to take breakfast at check in and whilst the advertising of breakfast looked good on screen and billboards in the foyer looked great it was a joke. The tables were shoddy and unset, there were piles of unclean dishes piled on a bar. The choice was terrible and quality very poor. As advertised there were really none of the fancy products like pancakes avocados etc available. However the hotel was very well located and we did not spend any time in our rooms. The room and beds were clean and sufficient for our needs.
