It was average stay. Very small space especially the shower, if you are a little overweight, you can’t fit standing up. Also check in time is not convenient.

it's a dorm room, but quiet and central
Pros: - good location - quiet - functional layout Cons: - long line to check in - uncomfortable mattress - little ventilation - deep grime/wear (e.g. moldy shower grout)

For the price, the room was great. Comfortable, clean and everything you need. Only problem was our toiletries were taken when the cleaning staff came round in the day.

Check in took around an hour due to the long queues with everyone checking in at 2pm. Got to room where perhaps I should have read description a bit but niece on my part basic room no tea no tv a shower with mould upon timing and bed sheets which were stained with blue ink. My husband and I thought well the sheets had been washed at least and was for only one night. Got back around 10pm, settled down to a very hard and small bed. I was pressed up against the wall which the bed was against and my husband being 6ft 2 barely could lay on his back. Around midnight the fun began when the road just outside became a dragstrip. Thus went on for a few hours. Both extremely tired from little sleep we proceeded the next morning to breakfast. Signs were up as we made are way through building sites to eventually come to the building but nothing to say breakfast was upstairs. Finally found we had very cold hot food and rock hard pastries. We couldn’t wait to leave. The scenery and cleanliness outside and location however was ideal however nothing on a premiere inn and certainly wouldnt stay again

AVOID THIS DISGRACEFUL SHAM.
Where to Start? Okay, so there are seven hundred plus student hubs rented out. This meant 700 plus people / couples checking in, so we had to queue for over an hour. I prepaid, but the demanded to see my bank statement to show the payment, before they let me in the room, which was really invasive. The toilet had not been flushed after the previous occupant had used it. At 9.00, the fire alarm went off and everyone from all buildings had to evacuate. 700 plus again. This was an expensive, disgraceful, unprofessional and invasive hotel. I advise to find alternative accommodation.

A pleasant stay ruined by poor customer service
Very poor customer service and organisation at check in. Staff were running around like headless chickens, flustered. Some staff didn't look to know what they should be doing. No apology after waiting for 40 minutes to check in. This led to us missing the first act of BST Hyde Park and nearly all of the second act by the time we managed to get there. The room we were given (G50) obviously wasn't thoroughly cleaned as there was a letter just under the bed and a vomit stain on the floor. That aside, the rest of the stay was pleasant enough. I would recommend, purely for the location, but the staff need to put in more effort!

The location of the property was very good as I was going to a gig at the Royal Albert Hall and it was only a 5 minute walk away. The only downside was the check-in process, there was a very long queue and it took approx. 45 minutes to get checked in.

Basic accommodation in great location
Great basic accommodation, perfect location for hyde park. Very reeaonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Student accommodation so nothing fancy but had what we needed for a one night stay. Mattress was very firm. Nice setting with garden area in the square, handy shop downstairs.
