The hotel staff was wonderful. My only suprise was the size of the room. Only word tiny! I have heard this is the European standard and it was clean. Love using the IPad to run the room. If you don't mind tiny, i would definitely give it a 5 star.

Very cool place to stay very close to the Victoria underground station, which got us everywhere and directly across the street from the theater that was presenting Wicked, a very enjoyable musical. The breakfast was amazing.

Great, except…
I love Citizen M, and have been to 7 so far! CM Victoria was no exception, but this time, got stuck in a sealed basement toilet which had key issues. Luckily I had my phone and I managed to get cell service even though it was in the basement, and luckily my friend picked up my call. Otherwise I could have been stuck there for hours until someone came down and noticed, because YOU CANNOT CALL THE HOTEL as they don’t have phone numbers!!!

The staff was very accommodating. Clean room and common areas. Although the space in the room is small, it had all that was needed for a comfortable night's rest in the city. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close to public transportation. The only concern I had was that the AC didn't seem to adjust colder using the IPad. I will stay here again.

The hotel was great, clean and good location. Only negative was that the television stopped working on my last night. The front desk worker advised that he would reset the device and call back in ten minutes. He never called, then I called and he came to the room to check on it, once again he said he would come back in ten mins and never followed up. He could have just said he didn’t know how to fix it.

Ive stayed at mamy CitizenMs around the world and i have stayed at this property before. This room was the worst. We eneded up in an accessible room with a broken shower, everything got wet. The bed was hard and the pillows weren't as comfortable as usual.

What a refreshing change from chain hotels! Nice sitting rooms to meet, network or hang out. Fabulous breakfast. All lights, room temperature, tv, radio conveniently controlled from an ipad. Same ipad also has travel information, the menu, hotel booking etc. Staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Great water pressure and sound proofing and fast wifi for streaming and surfing. Huge fluffy towels.

So I stay all over the world with M. But this one, maybe not again. I emailed the staff that i’d be coming in early. Receive and email in return, yes u can use the self service to check if rooms are available great. Then they don’t promise anything. No worries. But i came in at 930 and the lady at the desk would not let me touch the self check in. she actually stopped my hand from touching them! and said no rooms till 2pm? I said i was told if one was clean earlier i could try to check in. She said , not possible! First look at your emails you send to guest when they request earlier check in. It says you can use the self checkin and no promises. But how did our like front desk clerk know there are no rooms available? she didn’t even look, worse she was nasty when i brought up the email id received. And the day i checked out earlier in the morning she spent 45 minutes in side and outside the hotel complaining loudly so i could hear. I guess she’s not a happy person, too bad. also the last day the air conditioning was leaking from the ceiling all over the floor. when i came to the front desk, he said try turning your a/c off for the night. Really hottest day of the year , solution was turn it off? interesting stay:)
