Great stay
The room was small but very cute!! Had a lovely view of the city. Also if you like watching tv it was so hard to watch actual channels but other than that it was a great stay. Service could’ve been better at the bar in the lobby as well. Also close to everything still.

It was very close to the Victoria station which made getting around very easy. Just a short walk, less than 5 mins. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. The room was nice. They are small but efficient. The bed to me was a little stiff, but my boyfriend thought it was comfortable. The staff was helpful and always friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic
Service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful. I had never been to a hotel where the staff seemed so genuinely happy to be there until I stayed here. The location was perfect- super walkable, safe, and easily accessible to Victoria station. The food in the restaurant was excellent for breakfast and lunch, and the lobby “living room,” was so comfortable to sit in. I will definitely be looking for more citizenM locations for future travel plans.

I don't recommend
I was not happy with the room. Extremely tiny. Smaller than an inside cabin on a ship. I think the electronic capabilities were cutesy and overdone. The bathroom has only frosted glass around it and very tiny. The long bed is placed against the window and since the temperature was freezing outside made that side of the bed very cold. Also, I had to climb over my husband everytime I needed to use the bathroom which woke home up. Not a smart layout at all. We are both small people so I would Not recommend this hotel for anyone large. The property is very clean and lobby is nice. The location is good near theaters & Buckingham Palace. The staff was definitely nice and helpful.
