Highly recommend this stay.
What a great spot. Facilities, room and bed were great and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. There weren’t too many people staying so instead of a buffet for breakfast it was a la carte which was so much better. We will be back.

When we arrived, the parking lot was completely full due to what appeared to be a company Christmas party, so we had to wait for people to leave before we could park our vehicle. The room was also much smaller than anticipated based on photos. At about 9 in the morning after our stay, my partner left the room for a moment. Within seconds of him leaving, there was a knock at the door, so I presumed he had forgotten his key. I went to let him in, but before I could reach the door, a gentleman from housekeeping opened the door and started to enter the room. Thankfully, I was still fully clothed! After we ate breakfast, we came back to the room, which by that time had developed a musty smell to it - either made noticable after housekeeping had been working with cleaners in the hallway, or due to us having showers before leaving the room.

Room was good breakfast bar was fantastic. There was a wedding party booked next to the room and they partying till 230 in the morning when I had to go out and tell them to be quiet. There was attempts to contact front desk staff and all other numbers on the phone e and nobody answered to assist. Very disappointing as they woke up the kids and kept them up for a bit. I booked this hotel as it is a conference centre too which should be a more professional clientele. Was not happy, very disappointed no staff answered any call to help!!!!
