Der Ort Top. Die Lage Top. Preis für September, bisschen drüber aber ok.
Reinigung sehr schlecht. Spinnenweben und Staub wo hin man schaut. Begrüßung war ein stehender stinkender Geruch. Im Schlaf mit dem beißenden Duft in der Nacht unerträglich. Fenster öffnen reicht nicht der Duft ist andauernd. In der Nacht ist Mücken Party, weil man kein 1€ fliegengitter nirgends angebracht hat. Unschön. Sehr schade. Potenzial ist da und es mangelt ja lediglich an Kleinigkeiten. Und für den Preis kann man das die kleinen dinge erwarten. Wir sind 1 Tag vorher abgereist.....

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Es war sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Terrasse und Garten mit Obstbäumen luden ein zum Relaxen, sehr ruhige Lage, unbedingt empfehlenswert für gestresste Zeitgenossen.
Badefreunde müssen zum schönen Strand an die Schaabe fahren.

Grundsolide Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen.Wie haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.
Zuerst zur Buchung, zur Abrechnung und zur Kommunikation:
Abrechnung und Kommunikation haben größtenteils einwandfrei funktioniert. Ein paar Aspekte, wie beispielsweise die Kreditkartenbelastung durch FeWo-Direkt und die aktive Überweisung des Betrages für die Wohnung, waren uns anfangs nicht verständlich. Nach einigen E-Mails, Telefonaten und Nachrichten konnte aber Klarheit geschaffen werden. Hier hätten wir uns eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht, letztendlich wissen wir für kommende Buchungen nun aber Bescheid.
Nun zur Ferienwohnung:
Nachdem wir den Rügendamm passiert hatten, konnten wir unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer anrufen und haben einen Code für ein durch ein Zahlenschloss gesichertes Kästchen erhalten, welches den Schlüssel für Grundstück und Ferienwohnung beherbergte. Das kleine Ferienhäuschen liegt geschützt zwischen anderen Grundstücken und kann mit dem Auto problemlos erreicht werden. Ein kleineres Auto kann man gut auf dem Parkplatz geschützt hinter einem Tor parken. Im Herbst bei Regen und Sturm konnten wir das Außengelände nicht benutzen, dies ist im Sommer bzw. bei besserem Wetter aber sicherlich gut zu nutzen. Gartenmöbel und Auflagen scheinen vorhanden zu sein. Ebenfalls eine kleine, relativ windgeschützte Terrasse. Das Grundstück ist übrigens rundum umzäunt. Die Wohnung selbst machte auf uns einen sehr guten Eindruck. Frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher oder Badematten lagen bereit. Ebenso die Heizkörper, welche Bilder darstellten, waren schön in die Wohnung integriert. Zudem mangelte es nicht an unterschiedlichen Küchenutensilien oder Geschirr. Eine Mikrowelle war nicht vor Ort, dafür Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und eine kleine Spülmaschine. Angesammelte Spinnweben in den Ecken der Decken oder hinter dem Bett hätten einmal wieder geputzt werden können. An den Flachbildfernseher ist per HDMI ein Rechner oder anderes anzuschließen, eine nicht zu unterschätzende Möglichkeit.
Dies sollten alle uns aufgefallenen Aspekte gewesen sein, die wir während unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes feststellen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
