"Our family stayed here on a ski trip to Whiteface. The hotel is across the street from the mountain and is a great base camp, especially when you’re skiing with kids and have a lot to prep/do to get ready! We were here during a very large snow storm and the driveway was plowed and accessible even with the constant snow dumping! Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice base camp away and will spending most of your time outdoors. Beautiful view of the mountain! "

"We had a group of 9 and 3 dogs. We tend to get together Super Bowl weekend. My Son Lives in Rochester NY and asked if we could find a place equidistant from there and Massachusetts. I found this home on VBRO. It fit the bill everyone had their space with 6 bedrooms all but one king beds.The living room was a little small for a house that size but the bar solved that problem most sat at the kitchen. It is probably the best rental I have had. It is close to skiing and Lake Placid was a blast. We had snow every day. We were kept plowed out. "
