We stayed three nights in this hotel, which was almost new and very clean. They refreshed towels and cleaning supplies daily and made the bed every day. Breakfast was good and of acceptable quality. The hotel is very close to downtown, the library, and various restaurants. Parking is $10 per night. Overall, it is a very good hotel, especially if cleanliness is your priority.

Ebony one of the staff members there could have been a bit more pleasant but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because maybe she just isn’t a morning person but she definitely could have been a whole lot nicer at her customer service.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The beds were comfy. It was so convenient to have breakfast on-site and included in the price. I’d definitely stay here again. The only small complaint is that there was not enough on-site parking for everyone staying there that night. We had to park in the overflow which was just a short walk away from the on-site lot.

When I arrived I waited in the lobby 15 minutes before anyone came to check me in. Young kids all over the hallway physically fighting. Very disrespectful. Breakfast was horrible not fresh at all. I really expected more from this hotel not a good experience.

My family just got back from vacation in Little Rock. We loved the location of this hotel. Just a short walk away from downtown, which we picked because it was close to the kids Discovery Museum, splash pad, and park. Very walkable, our kids loved the free downtown trolley, and there are a ton of food options all less than 1 mile away.

Very easy to get to off and on the highway. Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable and the rooms had everything you need including a refrigerator and a microwave. One of the few with parking on site in Little Rock.
