The hotel and staff were amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the staff, they helped us with train and bus schedules. The hotel also had a very good restaurant (Elvira) which was also good.

The hotel was very good except for a couple of issues: The restaurants in the hotel are very over priced and the food was average The top cover of the mattress in our room would slip down and constantly had to get up and pull it up Otherwise everything was great The hotel is recommended

My first time in Lisbon and this hotel was royalty from check in to check out. Free 10 minute shuttle to city centre. 5 minute walk to train station and taxi stand in front of this luxurious hotel. Staff were professional and eager to serve plus their attention to detail were extraordinary! Will stay there plus highly recommended!

Wonderful on ALL levels. Amazing staff and service with delicious food, complimentary items in the hotel room and nothing being too much trouble. The free shuttle bus into town was very welcome and a live pianist over breakfast was a lovely touch. The whole stay felt relaxed and special as the hotel ambience exuded professionalism, friendliness and a high degree of courtesy.

My other half and I had the most wonderful time at Corinthia in Lisbon. We cannot wait to return. The bars and restaurants were fantastic but particular shout out to the Guest Services who were amazing and their knowledge of the area was perfect. I would also like to make particular mention to Alan as the Welcoming party on the front door; what a fantastic, warm and pleasant person to speak to every day. A fantastic representative of Corinthia who embodies the amazing qualities of the hotel. We cannot wait to return.
