THis hotel was lovely, safe and comfortable. However, the area around it was not really a tourist area. Few places to eat or get coffee/breakfast. It was also not in the heart of town so it required an Uber ride into the heart of Lisbon where all of the touristy things are. Overall, a very nice hotel with several good erstaurants.

Fantastic facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. The location was surprising at first but we came to really appreciate being just outside the touristic area as it offered much more benefit than downfall. The gym and pool were great. The breakfast could use some improvement but everything else was excellent.

Top notch customer service. The rooms were perfect, very clean. Superb restaurants, including atmosphere and menu. Location is a bit far from the city centre, however there is a complimentary shuttle service every half hour.

Lovely hotel but fell short
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast, but fell short on a few issues: - the shower was broken ( I have a video but it doesn’t let me upload film on here) - we paid for a bedroom for three people (2 adults and 1 child) but the room was not big enough for the 3rd bed. Despite advising Ines on reception of this, she was adamant it would be fine. The bed, that is meant to be for a 4 year old, was placed under a shelf, anyone with common sense or a child would see the basic H&S issues with this. So during our stay our daughter slept with us. - the lift system is long, ineffective and onerous - despite it being peak season, they have only one shuttle service which can take only about 15 guests. As a consequence, we often could not use the service because it was full much earlier than it’s departure time. When we asked if there is another service available, they advised we would have to wait another hour! - parking charges too high at 18€ per night

An amazing hotel. Superb staff, from the front desk, concierges, cleaners and restaurant staff. Couldn't fault anyone. Quality of rooms was great, the little touches of getting the room ready at night with a bottle of water and chocolate make it just that extra special. Breakfast was unbelievable and definitely worth it with the variety on offered. Free shuttle to the centre was a good addition and even if timings were missed, the tube station was only a couple of minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to stay there again
