Clean room, convenient location close to Haymarket, hotel staff was outstanding, plenty of breakfast options with an awesome omlet bar. Definitely on our will stay again list. I should get a refund
The pool and hot tub are really dirty. So dirty they were unusable. The staff was wonderful, except for the managers. The computers were down so no room key all weekend! Had to be escorted by management every time to get into room and they acted like they were put out. I should get a refund.

Staff member yelled at 3 year old and scared her due to looking at the water fountain, not being in it nor trying to climb just looking at it. Bar manager and security told us that “they do it to all kids” beware not good for family.
