The room was clean and nice. We did hear traffic from the interstate on ramp because we were on the very end closest to the interstate. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Property has recently been updated. Check-in was very easy and gal that checked us in was very sweet and kind. The air conditioning in the first room she gave us was not working so she immediately upgraded us to a suite and it was a lovely room, very clean, spacious and comfortable. They use Dove products in the bottles for soap, shampoo & conditioner which I was thrilled about. The Poole water was lukewarm and we were in the Poole for awhile. Had cable which was nice. Also recommended a nice Pizza place to eat down the road called Public House Brewing Company and pizza was baked in a brick oven, very good. Had a jacuzzi I room, but we just used the shower. They had a nice simple hot breakfast and we checked out. Check out was simple. Thank you for a great night!

We use this hotel every time we visit our family in the area. Overall experience is always good with riendly staff, super-clean room, and decent breakfast. Pillows were uncomfortable, though.

I’m assuming this motel is under new management. It seems they are trying to do some upgrades. I will start with the very good. The most important thing was that our room very clean. I disinfect my rooms before settling in and many times I reclean. I did not see areas I had to reclean. They aced the cleanliness. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a couple issues like not having a fire alarm and our toilet rocked a lot. The desk person got maintenance immediately. Maintenance immediately put up a fire alarm. It was understandable that they had a bolt issue with the toilet and would need the room to be empty to fix. I offered them to shim it and they did. Problem solved for me. The room had the braces for a towel rack but no cross bar. My wife did not appreciate seeing all the dust attached to the bathroom exhaust fan cause the light covers we’re missing but at least it worked. I hope this property can get their odds/ins fixed soon. The beds were comfy. We had a microwave and a frig. The room was spacious. I wish the central air had a selection to run a fan continuously to help drown out the outside noises in the very early AM. I suggest you bring a fan. My really one only real complaint was the smell of the lobby. It’s overly fragrant to a point it will make your eyes water and if you have MCAS or any breathing issues then I suggest you don’t step a foot inside. I had to medicate after checking in and my wife dealt with all inside after. We would stay again

The owners that have the property now are slowly updating.the rooms are newly redone .the tvs have been replaced with large flat screens. I have been staying here 4 to 6 times a year for the last 6 years. Its quiet..safe..and easy to get to.

It was a place to lay our heads while in a road trip. The room was clean although it was dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and the noise from neighboring rooms made for a long night. Also in the middle of the night someone obviously decided to smoke weed outside our room which came in through the ac vents. Front office was clean, staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was ok

It was a great location. Nice and calm. My room was clean. The bathroom and shower were clean and tidy. There were soap, conditioners, hair dryer. They had a nice pool and areas for sitting around pool for having your breakfast. They also had washer and dryer each for $1. It was a good experience. I think they deserve more stars based on the conditions.

There was unrepaired damage and holes in the walls, and a tick (insect) in the bathroom. The manager said it was because of recent rains. That's no reason to share your room with a tick.
