"The hotel is very new and not quite known enough which made it all the more enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The amenities were terrific. The Propeller restaurant had good food. The staff especially attentive . I look forward to visiting again."

"I'm so glad that we stumbled across this listing. We are unfamiliar with the area and were in need of a place to stay during a nearby festival. This location is so central to all that is around. I don't believe we ever moved the car! Our convention was a short 5 minute Uber away and there are so many food options within a few blocks. The property was clean and just as described. Beds are firm but in a good, supportive way. We had plenty of space to sprawl out and settle in for the long weekend. Arrival was super easy and we were surprised to find a few treats in the refrigerator that made the long drive not so bad! We often go to Orlando and struggle with the water pressure in the area - but not here! Water pressure was fantastic and the water heater did not disappoint. We had once incident where we had to contact the host and it was fixed in less than 20 minutes despite being in the middle of the night. Central location, great local food in walking distance, plenty of space, super comfortable and unheard of service and response time. What more could you ask for? If we attend the same festival next year, this is the first stop to check for availability. "
