The staff was very friendly, especially the young lady working on Christmas Eve and Christmas evening. We used the gym and it was good. We specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub and we were very disappointed that it was not in working order.

Weekend stay

From the time we arrived to when we left everyone on staff was very friendly. The hotel was very bright and clean. We especially liked in the room rather then one chair was a love seat so both of us could sit and watch TV versus someone laying on the bed.

I stayed for 3 nights. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I enjoyed everything about this except for a couple of minor things - TV channels were very limited and there was no guide available or a way to increase the brightness (picture was too dark). The fridge is so tiny and not much fits inside - the freezer had a huge ice block and started leaking water so I put a rolled up washcloth inside and it was fine. The AC would not stay on. It cut on and off all night which kept me from sleeping well. The fan stays on but the temperature would go up and it got too hot. No big deal, it was tolerable. Other than those little things, my stay was just fine. :)

Good overall, even with the water main break

Even though we had no running water for around 1.5-2 days due to the water main break in the area, the front desk staff were accommodating. We were able to get a refund for 1 out of 2 of our nights, and get a discount on a future stay we booked at the front desk. Free water bottles were available. They offered us free breakfast, although we had already driven out of the area early in the morning to buy our own water for showering and drinking, and eat out for breakfast.
