Private daylight basement with river views.

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath, with full kitchen... There is a locked door between upstairs and downstairs... We live upstairs. But don't worry you get the space to yourself, we will not enter your area while you have it rented. Wakeup and drink your coffee while watching the river go by... Ac and heat work great. Pellet bbq grill filled with pellets for you to use! We are conveniently located right on Hwy 12. Right on the Clearwater water river if you want to fish!!!

The property was just as described. Great view of Clearwater lake. Private. Clean w all needed amenities. Huge shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of storage. We drove up from South West Idaho to see our son for the weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Calm and relaxing
This little place is so complete with all amenities you need for a getaway. The beds were both comfortable and the living space was super cozy. The view of the river was very nice. The sunrise and the moonrise over the tops of the big mountains was amazing. We would stay there again if ever in the area.

Home away from home
We loved our stay! Everything we needed and more. Comfortable, clean, great amenities, thoughtful welcome basket. And our hosts were absolutely awesome! We were visited by wild turkeys, a whole family of deer, bald eagles, herons, a plethora of hummingbirds...Can't say enough about it. Would stay again in a heart beat.

The best place!
We stayed after moving back to the area and it was fantastic!!! Trish and Jim were beyond amazing! We loved their home and property! We loved penny and poncho and their dogs! We have three kids and three dogs and they were so acceptaing of us! This property has set our expectations high for everywhere else! It was clean well stocked and perfect!
