17th century palazzo - top choice in Lecce
We totally fell in love with Palazzo Rollo. We had a suite and felt it was an exceptional value - enormous bedroom & living room, plus good-sized bathroom and fully functional kitchen, all with super-high vaulted ceilings. Not to mention the property's gorgeous roof garden and breakfast room. The location is superb - next door to the cathedral, and the staff were very helpful. It really felt like living in a fantasy world. We hated to leave and will definitely be back.

Great location
Palazzo Rollo is located right on the Main Street which is great for people watching and visiting the sites! We were there on a Saturday night and it was very loud until late but that likely isn't the case every night. The room was huge and grand and the balcony very nice.

Perfect location in Lecce; awesome rooftop
We really enjoyed our stay here. Big pluses: the roof is wonderful. Exceptional view of the Duomo, lit up at night. Perfect location within Lecce, easy walking anywhere in the old city. Lovely courtyard and the building itself definitely has a bit of that "palace" feeling. Neat little common-area rooms near the breakfast/kitchen area. Staff were very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do and accommodating our requests. Tiny complaint: the towels smelled a bit musty, not sure if it was our room or a general issue with airing out. Also note that the narrow driveway entrance is truly narrow--we had a Fiat 500L as a rental and squeezed in, but anything larger would have a tough time. This is true for all of the narrow Italian streets so if you're considering rental cars, the teenier the better!

Good Location and Historical Building
The historical center in Lecce is so compact that everything is just in a short walking distance. Since the hotel is right in the heart of the historical area, it's a good choice for me as a tourist. The room is very specious. Some antique furniture seemed interesting. However, the bed sheets looked old and worn out. The historical buildings of the hotel are unique. The garden on root is also nice.

Paradise on Earth (well Lecce at least)
The hotel was absolutely fabulous, with the definite feel of being in a palace. Its location next to the Duomo was superb. The staff were friendly and helpful. The roof terrace, a magnificent area of seats in the sun or in the shade was surrounded by an enchanting garden of all types of potted plants and flowers; it was like a secret garden because on the three occasions we used it there was no one else around. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. One problem, however, specific instructions for driving to the hotel are needed; if it weren`t for the kind policewoman who stopped me after an illegal right turn, then let me follow her to the hotel, I might be still driving around now.

prachtige locatie in het centrum van de stad. De bezienswaardigheden liggen letterlijk om de hoek. Ontbijt is prima. De kamer was groot, echter totaal geen uitzicht. Het dakterras maakt dat echter deels goed. Jammer alleen dat parkeren en ontbijt apart betaald moesten worden, wat bij booking niet duidelijk was gecommuniceerd.

Nous ne conseillerions pas cet hébergement.
Nous avions réservé cet hébergement car il était dans le centre historique et offrait un parking sur place. En fait, l'accès est impossible. Le GPS ne fonctionne pas pour le localiser. Après avoir tourné pendant 2h dans la ville, dans des rues souvent interdites si nous n'avions pas une autorisation spéciale, nous avons dû laisser notre voiture dans un parking public. La chambre était une suite. Effectivement très grande mais sinistre. Salon de petit déjeuner superbe. Bel emplacement à côté de la Place du Duomo. Il ne peut y avoir de meilleur emplacement.

Excellent rapport qualité prix
Excellent hotel ou plutôt bed et breakfast tres bien situe juste a cote de la cathedrale et musee épiscopal ainsi que du centre ville. Tres propre et spacieux avec mini cuisine pour faire du cafe a l italienne ou des thes. La tv est italienne avec beaucoup de chaine. Des cafes ouverts comme de lupo ouverts des 7h alors que l hotel permet un petit dej a 9h car c est un hôtel pour touristes... Je recommande vu le rapport qualité prix de cet hotel.

Best location to visit Lecce
The hotel is located in a beautiful historical building, in the best & most central location of Lecce, between the Piazza del Duomo and the Piazza Sant'Oronzo. Large rooms with simple furnishing, but it is still nice to stay in an old building, that looks more like an apartment than a hotel. Bike rental onsite. Information office at 10m, and Duomo at less than 100m :-) Be careful to arrive to the hotel during opening hours - closed during lunch.
