Mas Ile des Pêcheurs

Pretty independent fisherman's farmhouse of 43 m2 renovated with a living room including a kitchen open to the living / dining room of 25m2 as well as two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and 1 bedroom with two 90x190 beds) with two shower rooms and a third small cabin bedroom with a bunk bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, a 'a television, a vacuum cleaner.
The farmhouse has a private garden with a non-wire fenced fence as well as a 20m2 veranda.
Parking is common and the swimming pool is located in the center of the residence. You will find a mini-market on the site as well as a hot spot.

Wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
Wir waren zum vierten Mal hier. Wie immer sehr freundlicher Kontakt, alles im Haus wie beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage fiel an einem Wochenende aus, wurde aber sehr schnell repariert, Montag mittag war alles wieder in Ordnung. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Haus
ein sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung (incl. Klimaanlage) und tollem Wintergarten. Wir haben dort schöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Bei der Ausstattung im Haus fehlt es einem an nichts und alles ist in einem super Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern/Vermietern und die Schlüsselabgabe bzw. Übergabe lief ohne Probleme. Wir können nichts negatives über das Haus berichten und werden mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal einen Urlaub dort verbracht haben. Hervorragend geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung !

Vacances au Barcarès
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement et nous a prévenu très tôt de l'absence de piscine du fait de la sécheresse. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Bénédicte qui est adorable et nous a donné de nombreux conseils de visites. Le logement était agréable du fait de la climatisation, de nombreux accessoires, vaisselle et petit électroménager. La véranda est un plus car la pièce de vie est très petite pour 4 Adultes. Par contre, des aménagements seraient à prévoir pour améliorer encore le logement.. - les matelas sont durs, surtout ceux des lits en 90 qui sont vraiment très durs - un supplément de lumière à l'extérieur et dans la véranda sont nécessaires - 2 fauteuils seulement dans la véranda (sans coussin donc plutôt durs) et 2 transats seulement (peu confortables eux aussi)

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus zu Gast. Schöner Wintergarten, Klimaanlage, schöne Küche mit Backofen, Spülmaschine, großem Kühlschrank und natürlich Mikrowelle. Zwei Bäume auf dem Grundstück spenden Schatten. Zentrale Lage in der Anlage, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Grundstück. Freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen.

Toller Wintergarten, renoviert, ruhig, Klimaanlage
Das Mas befindet sich auf einem vergleichsweise großen Grundstück, durch Hecken umzäunt. Parken direkt davor. Der Wintergarten ist sehr hochwertig und ein großes Plus. Drei Schlafzimmer, die Klimaanlage und die neue Küche haben uns sehr gefallen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindund durch die Schnellstraße. Ruhige Lage auf einer Halbinsel, die ein Naturschutzgebiet ist. Sehr nette Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort. Nettes Restaurant mit Seeblick auf der Anlage. Wir mochten den kleinen Laden und die Bar. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist leider sehr restriktiv, Verbot für Kinder ohne Elternaufsicht zu Rutschen, Verbot von Wasserbällen und Schwimmgeräten, etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Garten darf aufgrund von Wassersparvorschriften nicht bewässert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Le logement est très bien placé, possède de l’électroménager en très bon état, si ce n’est neuf. Petit bémol sur le gazon qui n’est plus du tout comme l’image et des cheveux trouvés dans la salle de bain lors de notre arrivée.

Reposant très agréable sejour
Nous avons appréciez la tranquillité des lieux et le plus de la location, c'est la véranda. La dame qui nous a reçu est tout à fait charmante. J'espère qu'on pourra de nouveau revenir.
